My passion is to support teams and organizations in reaching higher levels of performance.
In the last 10 years, I did so, mostly by helping the teams and organizations I worked with to clarify and achieve better alignment towards their main objectives, generate engagement and develop leadership, base their decisions on metrics and data, improve communication and collaboration skills, and reinforce the capacity to learn and adapt to new contexts and situations.
My background is a combination of Personal and Systemic Coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Engineering and several other disciplines I explored to continuously build-up my toolbox.
